As part of its 2023 restructuring, advisory firm Decusatio has promoted Emma Montocchio to head up its Impact Investment division.
Founded by Marc Ashton – a former financial journalist and editor – Decusatio is an advisory business assisting high-growth businesses. Following a restructure, the advisory firm now serves 4 distinct divisions:
- Decusatio Impact Investments – with a focus on tackling some of SA’s biggest challenges
- Decusatio Human Capital Solutions – supporting organisations with their most valuable asset – people
- Decusatio Investor Communications – Assisting organisations through PR and communications activities
- Decusatio Working Capital Solutions – For high-growth businesses
Montocchio’s key role will be engaging corporate South Africa around how to more intelligently deploy Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD), Socio-Economic Development and CSI related spend to achieve their impact goals.
This includes – but is not limited to – Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) frameworks.
