The Youth Employment Service (YES) B-BBEE incentive out of the Department of Trade, Industry, and Competition (DTIC) has been one of the most successful incentives in driving job creation initiatives in South Africa.

The incentive rewards organisations with level-ups on their B-BBEE scorecard for the creation of youth jobs. 

While primarily a B-BBEE incentive, this can be integrated into a variety of different initiatives including healthcare, literacy, Early Childhood Development (ECD), Conservation / Eco-Tourism, Drone Pilot training, and other integrated solutions.
